Frederic Remington Prints

Frederic Remington was born on October 6, 1861 in Canton, New York. He traveled widely and spent much of his time west of the Mississippi River after studying at Yale University and the Art Students League of New York.  Remington was primarily a reporter, recording the images of what he observed. His work is notable for its swift action and accuracy of detail. He died on December 26, 1909 near Ridgefield, Connecticut.
